Learning to trust

When we learn to trust, we learn to let go. We let go of all our worries, anxieties, fear. It isn't an easy thing for us to do. We always want to know what's coming our way but life doesn't work like that. Even if we think we know what is going to happen, things can still change. When we learn to go with the flow, we become less afraid. If we can adapt, life is easier. The next time you feel anxious, try to remember it is fear of the unknown. Try and practise trust. Accept that you will never know your future but that you can decide to be OK with whatever comes your way. You are robust. You will cope. Put your faith in something bigger than yourself; the universe, God, science. Anything. Anything that brings your life back into perspective and lean into that trust.
